This series of video portraits celebrates female leadership at La Poste’s Public and Digital Branch.

Broadcast on March 8, 2024, and renewed in 2025 for International Women’s Day, it highlights the inspiring journeys of female executives and leaders, emphasizing their role within the company. The goal is to encourage women to overcome doubts and self-censorship to aim for leadership positions, demonstrating that these ambitions are achievable. Through these inspiring examples, this project aims to break professional norms and promote a future where women comfortably access influential roles.
